Structured education
Learn the complete process.
Market context, macro and fundamentals, trade selection, risk, execution, psychology and review are taught as one connected framework.
Built to make you independent.
We teach you what moves the market, how to build a bias, structure risk, execute and review a repeatable process. Then your mentor works through the real application with you and checks the reasoning behind your decisions. No signals. No strategy hopping.
Illustrative example of a mentoring exchange
Peak is not only feedback on trades and it is not only a course. You get the framework, the tools to work with it, and a private mentor who can see where your understanding or execution is breaking down.
Learn the complete process.
Market context, macro and fundamentals, trade selection, risk, execution, psychology and review are taught as one connected framework.
Get correction on the part that is actually weak.
Your mentor can challenge the research, the weighting of evidence, the trade construction, the risk or the behavior instead of giving the same answer to everyone.
Use the framework on real market decisions.
Preparation, journals, trade ideas and live questions turn the education into something practical rather than something you only watched.
Prime Terminal is included.
The information environment sits underneath the mentoring so market context, central banks, positioning, calendars and research are easier to organize in one place.
Education, private mentoring, applied work and the workspace are one package. There is nothing to add on later.
The same mentorship changes as your ability changes. Explore the 4 stages to see what you learn, what you practise and where your mentor challenges your work.
Learn to read economic information and explain what it could mean for a currency.
I don't understand what I'm reading.
I know what I'm looking for and why it matters.
There’s no fixed number of weeks. You move on when your understanding and your work hold up in the mentor review.
Better information, real guidance and a decision process are the answer. Every week you face central-bank communication, economic releases, research, positioning, news and price action. We teach you how to filter it, weight it and decide what to do with it.
Prime Terminal puts all of it in one place, so you stop hunting for context.
The toolYou learn what matters now, what conflicts and what is already priced in.
The framework we teach youYour mentor challenges what you included, what you ignored and how you weighted it.
Your mentorFrom understanding the market to reviewing a trade: explore the 7 skills, what you learn and how you use them.
Market information and private mentoring, built by the same team. Both are included in your program.
The information foundation: market context, organized in one workspace.
The judgment layer: learn to turn that context into decisions you can explain.
Prime Terminal provides the information foundation. Peak develops how you use it.
Miles rebuilt his daily routine and journal with mentor feedback. He later reported his first funded-account payout.

Start with the foundations, strengthen your process or refine the way you already trade. The mentoring meets you where you are.
Learn what moves markets and build your first structured process, with guidance as you apply it.
Find where your process breaks down and work on the specific decisions, risk or habits that need attention.
Refine how you weigh information, choose trades, manage risk and review your own decisions.
We work with people who take trading seriously and do the work between conversations. If that is not you, the program will not help you, and we will tell you so in the application call.
A team of mentors with different areas of expertise, working to the same standards of analysis, risk and review throughout your program.

What the program is, what it is not, and what you should realistically expect.
Yes. You do not need prior macroeconomic knowledge or years of market experience. We start from your current level. What matters much more is whether you are prepared to learn, apply the material and complete the work required.
Yes. Experienced traders often arrive with a different problem: too many ideas, inconsistent decision-making, poor weighting of information, weak review processes or a strategy they cannot execute consistently. Your starting point changes the development plan.
No. A signal may solve one trade. It does not develop a trader.
We discuss markets and trade ideas, but the objective is for you to understand the reasoning and become capable of forming your own decisions.
No. Fundamentals and market drivers form a major part of how we understand direction and context, while technical analysis can still play a role in opportunity selection and execution.
The chart is not treated as the entire reason for the trade.
There is no account balance that suddenly makes someone ready to learn. But account size matters when discussing realistic income expectations.
If your capital is small, we will not encourage you to compensate with reckless risk. Skill development comes first.
No. Prop firms are one possible source of capital. They are not the foundation of the program and they are not a substitute for trading competence.
Roughly 8 to 12 hours per week, particularly in the first 90 days.
You do not need to stare at charts all day. But you do need protected time for education, research, assignments and review.
There is no responsible answer that applies to every trader. Starting level, experience, available time, behavior, market conditions, capital and individual development all differ.
We provide the framework, mentoring and correction. We do not guarantee trading returns.
Peak is team-led. You will have a primary mentoring relationship while the wider team contributes where relevant. Tom remains involved at the strategic and program level rather than serving as the day-to-day mentor for every client.
Prime Terminal is our market-intelligence platform and the research environment used throughout the Peak ecosystem. It centralizes many of the inputs involved in market preparation so you can spend more time interpreting information and less time searching for it.
Peak is private mentoring rather than a mass-access course. The current term and payment options are explained during the application conversation before you make any commitment.
